Regular check encoder cleaning is essential in preventing jams, and poor MICR encoding. Utilizing these cleaning kits is well proven to significantly reduce these issues and, prevent costly service repair. Our cleaning kits are compatible with all make/models of check encoders.
- 25 Ruffle Cleaning Cards: Removes dirt, ink, oil, and paper dust from internal components without disassembling the machine.
- 5 Cleaning Swabs: Cleans camera lenses for better image quality, scrub drive rollers to prevent jams, and clean magnetic heads (MICR) to ensure accurate.
- 2 Wipes: Sanitizes and remove grime from the entire exterior of the scanner, including touchscreens, keypads, plastic housing, and acrylic surfaces.
