Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement
- Replace all parts
- Unlimited service calls
- Pre-scheduled preventive maintenance inspections
- Loaner machines
On Call, Time & Material Program
- Respond to as-needed service requests
- Labor charges of $175 per hour, guaranteed not to exceed $225.
- Labor charge of $75 per unit for 2nd or additional units serviced
- Parts, if required, will first be quoted and approved before installation
Depot-to-Depot Service
- Ship to and from areas outside Southern California.
- Once received, we repair and ship back within 3 days.
- Parts, if required, will first be quoted and approved before installation.
- Labor charge of $175 per hour, guaranteed not to exceed $225.
End-of-Life Options
Equipment that has reached the end of its electro-mechanical or technological life includes reconditioning, exchange for a like model, trade-in for new equipment, or MMI will purchase your unit.
